I will try this with mine, it runs for about 1.5 hours then shuts down.

Update: Ran Barnacle Buster through the cooling system and ran the generator for 5 hours with no issues.

Barnacle Buster did it for you? that's a great idea! Are you in Salt Water?

It came out of salt water last November, now in fresh water. I plan on doing the same flush to both engines now.
