Update...well after this weekend which it didn't rain, my carpet got soaked again.
Back to square 1.
AC was running all weekend and the city water was connected . I think its a combination of all of the above recaulking/grey tank pump etc.
Since weather is looking good this weekend 80's. Will tackle the grey tank pump.
will keep you guys posted.

Isn’t the grey tank line below the floor?
I’d be pulling the access box off to look at all connections while still connected. It’s a job but you have rule out those three different connections. Good luck.

The leak source can actually be quite some distance from there so be systematic tracing back, maybe tape up some dry paper towels here and there behind panels and see which ones get wet , maybe from that get a direction of travel....good luck man.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Alright I think i have found a solution with my grey tank. Since i can't get to the pump screw to dettach the hose from it. I'm going to cut a new access hole. what you guys think?
new access panel is 10" wide

I had to do this to the forward gray water tank this summer. Lost the pump and cut a new much larger hole in the top of the tank. Here's a before...
