Any Ideas where to buy the steering box for the hydrolic steering on a 1989 Mariner 32

Do you mean the Helm pump which your steering wheel is attached to? It can be rebuilt or it may just need cleaning. What's the issue you are having? Only thing I know you can by is an updated newer one that may require some plumbing.

An h50 hynautic?
If you don't know how or care not to rebuild, there's a guy on ebay that refurbished them for 495.
I rebuilt mine. I think the kit was fifty bucks.

Find out what you have. It should be labeled either on the front or rear. What is the symptom you're experiencing? Why do you feel the helm needs to be replaced? It's likely a Seastar product so any dealer/marine supply retailer should be able to supply a helm or parts. You can also contact Seastar out in BC, they're really helpful.
