AC Vent Repairs Parts

Post by SoundTraveler »

We have a 2005 Carver 56 Voyager, and we have to remove the AC vents on the steps from the Pilot House to the bridge. In doing so, the small white clips that hold the vent grid in broke. Anyone know where to get replacements?

If all else fails: 3D printing will save your day.

Found a plastic part (cockpit bench leg holder) in my bilge and had the other one 3D printed: perfect match and a breeze for someone who knows how to operate such a thing.

Somebody that specializes in marine AC and refrigeration will have access to vents and parts. You can also contact Carver Parts with your hull number and they should be able to provide you with the manufacturer that supplied the vents.
