My name is Peter Q. new to the forum.I got this 2000 Carver 396 ATF Buena Vista yacht. I'm just wondering if there's a holding tank discharge switch somewhere in this yacht?

Welcome aboard. 
There may or may not be one, all depends on what was ordered when new as this is always an option. Look at your 12v electrical panel, if there is a "Marcerator" labeled breaker you probably have one. In my case there is a blank slot marked macerator as it was not ordered as an option from the factory.
