Any recommendations for a replacement light cover?

Due to age it may be easier to replace it with a led oval courtesy light fixture.

definitely look for a new fixture that fits. I really doubt you will find a decent lens.

I replaced all of mine a couple years back however they seem to be unavailable/discontinued now.
