Purchasing a 2003 360SS in the next month, boat is in Quebec and being driven down Lake Champlain to it's home north of Burlington.

Very interested in all of the projects on here! I spent the last 6 years with a Cruisers 3375 and did an INSANE amount of work to it, actually looking forward to doing it all over again!

Punch List:
Garmin GPSMap 4208 replacement (thinking Raymarine Axiom 12+)
Raymarine ST60 (ITC-5 to NMEA)
Saw a project on here that converted the TV insert in galley into a swing up storage with flat panel mount, DEFINITELY stealing that idea!
Upgraded helm seats
New dash panels (switches and instruments as well)
Contemplating a KingStarboard hatch for the helm stairs to keep the bugs out, the current owner had a screen built (I have a 5x10 CNC to do any and all cutouts)
Stereo upgrades (put about $5k in Fusion equipment in the last boat
Seadek type flooring (this is my side gig, http://www.kulikowskidesigns.com)

It must be private because I can't see it to join, but I'd love to!

LOL I watched your fox marine gateway videos, that is one of the things I REALLY want to do to this boat, replace all gauges with MFD. Hopefully it isn't too hard to get the cable from the engine room to the helm.

I think I can fit either Raymarine Axion 12s or Garm GPSMAP 1243s on each side, I have the split shifter and throttle. The old gen Axioms are on sale right now for $2k which is $1k cheaper than the Axiom 2 or Garmin. Then you add the cost of the camera I want aft facing and everything else, I figure 6-7k.
