Problem railing fittings


Good Morning All, I have lots of beautiful railings, however once you grab them and are nervous because of the massive movement, they become less attractive. I am sure everybody has this problem sooner or later. They are suppose to have the little Allen screws (or whatever you call them). Some are missing, some are stripped, some were replaced with rivets and some were replaced with stainless steel screws. Uggg!!! So what would be the correct way to fix these problem fittings? Any great suggestions out there?
