As it turns out, Carver used lots of fasteners to hold the cushion trim in place. It took almost an hour to find and remove all the screws holding the 2 trim pieces to the dinette.

Hello Carver Folks I have just bought a 2001 396 with Cummings 370Bs and can't here any blowers when I flip the blower switch on the DC fuse panel or the dash. I have never owned diesel before, but from what I have read is the gas pre-start blowers are not mandatory in a diesel boat. Can everyone confirm that Carver omitted the blowers with diesel but kept all the switched in place? Regards Dan
