I own a 1988 Carver 3807. Although it is in good shape my major project currently is finding a replacement for the venturi windshield on the flybridge which was lost during an ice storm. I joined this forum in the hopes of connecting with other owners who might have some insight in finding parts for Carvers.

Hi from new Zealand. Just bought an older carver 28. Finishing off someone else's project of converting to a single diesel. Vessel looks like a 1995 280 sedan. Looking to experts in the forum to have this confirmed.

I just joined the Forum to get in touch with other Carver owners. I own a 1976 Carver Santa Cruz that my Wife and I have mostly restored over the last 5 years. I thought this would be a good place to get with other owners to pursue troubleshooting tips, pick up leads for where to find parts, etc. Thanks. Hope to perhaps see some of you on the river or lake. We keep our Carver on the Indian River between Burt and Mullet Lakes in beautiful Northern Michigan.

In our 1983 3207 aft cabin,I was thinking about tearing up the carpet and replacing it with a laminate floor. Has anyone done anything like this? Im looking for pros or cons about this kind of project. or any thoughts ....thanks

Any recommendations on repair or replacement of a 1999 Rairatan model 85 icemaker? It appears that the module that contains the small motor that controls the harvest of the ice may have failed. Replacement cost is $130.00 plus. Not sure if the other components will hold up long term. New models are $1k plus. Thanks.
