Update on my starting problem....Viper was 100% correct. Both starter solenoids were bad. I changed them out and both engines started right up! $37 part so worth carrying a spare.

Thanks for the update. Yep, that's the slave solenoid, pretty common failure. This will help others experiencing the same fault later.

My problem was finally resolved when I followed Viper's instruction on replacing the slave solenoid. Thank you Viper
