1600 hours is nothing for those engines, even for an 06. I would be more concerned if there were 200 hours.

Hi Fraser, thanks for the info, hope you remember me, I owned your Mariner in Whitby, how was your summer? We are looking at Kadadi, might try to make a deal

Summer was great. Good to hear from you again Dave. But it appears that it did not take very long for Footitis to set in again for you. All the best in you dealings for Kadadi if you go ahead.

Hey Fraser, did I see you stern tied into to a little spot just south of little Beckwith back in August?

It wasn't me this time Lyndon but we were out at Beckwith in August with some friends for the afternoon.

BTW.... you should post some shots of your underwater light project the little pic looks awesome.

I wouldn't worry so much about hours as much as how she was run and maintained. A well maintained 3000 hour engine could outlast a 1000 hour engine that has had the s%^t kicked out of her and poorly maintained.

I will create a post with some pics once I get my boat hauled Fraser. I get comments where ever I go with the boat. I also did 2 other boats in the marina last winter and have 3 to do this winter.
