Stainless Anchor Chain

I bought a nice new electro-polished stainless anchor. It needs a nice shiny stainless anchor chain. Seems most are no-brand Chinese junk stainless.

The question is - who is a reasonably priced vendor that sells only premium stainless chain? I only need 10 feet or so, plus the attaching hardware.

When looking at going to a stainless chain, compare the working load and breaking strength to make sure it still meets your needs. A comparable chain size is much lower than high strength steel.

My fear is Chinese chain may claim xxxlbs load rating, when in reality much less.

My anchoring is only during the day in calm water while we go for a swim or to a beach.

I'm not overly concerned but do want a chain actually rated at stated load.

Here is a source for US-made stainless chain - note you should use 316 grade for salt water, but 304 is OK for fresh water:
