slip fee's/ storage rates

Hi All, pretty new to forum so I hope this hasn't been covered recently.

Just curious what other people pay for marina wet slips, or dry stack.

I am in the Orange Beach, AL area about 30 minutes from Pensacola, FL. We pay $8/ft per month on a yearly contract for uncovered wet slip. Month to month is $10/ft. Electric is metered and water is all you can drink Nice floating docks, good restrooms/shores, decent ship store, no restaurant or bar on site.

Here in NY it runs around $55.00/ft for the season which about 6 months. Water & Electric included along with pump out at fuel dock. If you run an extra 30 amp cord for your AC it's and additional @$225.00 for the season. Haul out and in along with shrink wrap will run you about $35.00/ft.

varies a bit in on the bay in Maryland, nicer marinas with more amenities of course, cost more. Most of them charge by the slip, not by the ft. So if you put a 20' boat in a 40' slip you pay the same as the 40' boat in the slip next to you.
I pay $3050 for the season, May 1 - November 31 plus electric.

Sacramento Delta region its about $7/ ft monthly for a covered slip + metered electric. Get out to salt water (Santa Cruz, Monterey), or Lake Tahoe and the prices double or triple, with a 15 year waiting list.

The marina where I am located now, Gibraltar Boat Yard, charges me $1700 for the summer season for a 36' slip. My Carver is 34' long. Electricity and water are included. They have just about everything you need onsite. A canvas shop. A fiberglass shop. Mechanics. Boat detailing. Marine store. It is located in a protected lagoon so when the winds howl I need not worry about the boat.

I grew up in Ohio. I never knew that a slip at Cedar Point Marina let you get into the park as well. That is a pretty neat perk, I bet the kids love it(if you have or they are young enough).

Our Marina says they charge by LOA, but when we checked in they asked how long the boat was, I said 29', they have charged me 29' since. Anyone have the marina measure the actual LOA?

As a member of a local yacht club I pay $1800/yr for a 56ft slip plus $600/yr membership fee (part of which I can work off). Power is metered and water is free. There is a free pump out at nearby public dock but the closest diesel is 7 miles away.
