These look great! Do you have any hatches that are hinged - or does anyone have pics of a floor like this with hinged hatches? I would like to do this in my salon, but I have four hatches with piano hinges on the long sides.

Nicely done! Exactly what I envision for our Mariner. How many hours from start to finish? Did you do all of the work yourself or had helper)(s)? Thanks!

I still have some fine tuning to do, but here are some pics. I am about 95% done.

I have about 40 hours in my job. I did most work myself, my wife helped with some longer boards I cut.

I bought a different boat (same model) with hardwood already installed. The boat I was looking at with the damaged flooring fell through. Too many issues.

Bryon857 - What are you thoughts about the color and type of wood you selected?
Would you have done something different?
I ask because I have the same interior...

I love the wood my wife and I selected, we have gotten several compliments about how well the floor color matches the interior. One couple said it was a perfect match. We got it at lumber liquidator, 1/2 Brazilian Cherry engineered wood. They have trim to match.

Bryon857 - how has the new flooring been, anything you would do different?
Also, has noise increased?
