So ur going to go out on the bow to cook every time? Interesting! A cockpit mount would have been my choice. Now ur out of the wind and the smoke is going behind u and not at u. Ah! But to each their own!

There is a beautiful bow seat to sit on while your cooking. There are two huge fuel tanks and fuel vents in the back. Safer this way.

Mapp gas will definitely reduce your cooking time. But if the grill somehow holds up to the 3x heat, your food will most likely be charred black on the outside and raw in the center.
