Looks like u may have to mount a storage locker either in the cockpit or the swim platform for that stern anchor and rode. Maybe one with a cushion top so it could double as a seating area?

I store mine in the rear access hatch. The way I slide it in there is no way it can interfere with rudder movement. You need to experiment with your anchor. FYI, I have a 25# Mantus anchor for the rear.

My stern anchor is bolted down in the port side lazerette storage area as to not foul the steering.

On The BBQ Grill, the cockpit surround with plug mount is what I used on our former 32 Mariner. Now if you decide to get a storage box for the anchor, maybe you can get a big enough one and use a portable fold up grill and store it in the same box. You'll have to decide based on how much you use or plan on using it. Check out some of the portable ones at Camping World!

Will get a picture of the BBQ mount and anchor when I get to the boat next week. BBQ is mounted off the stern surround. I use a round Magma party size which can be mounted on a single pole. Actually have 2 mounts, one on the starboard side and another on the port, this way I can choose location depending on the winds. When not in use I swing the BBQ in, when in use I swing it out so it hangs over the water.

Do you have anywhere back there that you could put one of those 5 gal plastic pails.....they hold anchor line well and keep it in order, just put some holes in the bottom to drain.....now the anchor is a different story.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

I was more thinking to put the pail below decks when not in use......

Midnight Sun, any luck getting photos?
Aw come on, you could paint it up nice, maybe a nice plastic palm in there with some led lights......
