I have a 98 Mariner 350.
Considering a bow thruster and wanted to ask those with the same boat what did you get?

Do you mean Sideshift? If you've had it for a while, like 5 years or so, you'll want to change your shaft seals before it's too late. They've made some improvements to remedy a couple of issues but I believe the seals are still a concern and should be replaced every few years even though they've gone to different seals or you'll be replacing a motor.

Sorry...Sideshift.
Just bought the boat three weeks ago.
My past boat was a 29 Thundercraft.
My new to me 350 mariner parks so nicely stern in with that bow thruster.
Was just installed last year so very little use on it.

Been there done that. Highly recommend doing the seals every 3-4 years or like mentioned, the motor will need to be replaced which by the way is really expensive!Viper wrote:QR_BBPOST Do you mean Sideshift?
