Webcam at dock?

I'm considering the flir fx camera for both backup and security. The camera puts out its own wifi signal you can look at on your iPhone. Then when your away, it connects to the marina's wifi to keep an eye on the boat. It can also store info to an sd card. Comes with a waterproof housing and power cable for exterior use. Has anyone used one of these?

I forgot to add. Watch what webcam you get. Some will require you to open ports on the firewall for them to work.

I threw away the tiny 7" screen and connected it to the "video in" on my garmin chart plotter. Works amazingly well.
