I believe it does not have a reverse rotation engine. The should both be standard rotation with the transmission changing the direction of the prop.

River Rat, You must be confused by this thread. "yes it does" and "No it does not" for your answer. Let me make it even more confusing HaHa...... In the mid 90's some boat manufactures started installing reverse rotation transmissions and initially it was depending upon inventory in the boat builders stock and vendor stock. Did all years of boats that were able to receive these transmissions get them? NO. This is due to the Vendor/distributor trying to purge stock of reverse rotation motors as they where offering price cuts to boat manufactures to eliminate inventory. One thread said his 1995 had a reverse motor on one side, but also the same boat same year built just a little later could have had both motors standard rotation with the transmissions performing the counter rotation. I do not know if your boat is winterized but the best way to find out the rotation is to look at the front of the engine at the Harmonic Dampener/balancer and during motor crank observe the rotation. Put a white chalk mark on the top of the HB/d and if it moves from the top to the right then it is a standard rotation. If the mark moves from the top to the left then it is reverse rotation. Have a good day. John

There's another way to check without cranking the engines. Examine the shift linkages on the transmissions with both in neutral. Now place both shifters in forward and check the linkages again. If the shift arms moved the same direction then you have a counter rotating engine. If the shift arms moved in opposite directions (one forward, one back) then it is the transmission performing the counter rotation.
