That place was so bad we only visited our friend once. I believe if you tried to take a nap on the covered dock or anywhere outside of your cabin, you would have been covered in spider webs in less than an hour!!! No joke.
They kept it nice years ago, pressure washing and spraying for spiders etc. but the owner seems ready to check out and has not put any money into the place in years.
I do have to give them credit, about three years ago they removed a couple of boats that had sunk in the slips and the back of the one bath house that fell into the river.
