The Fridge seems VERY dark and I would love to add a light inside, has anyone looked into this? I just repainted the inside from NASTY yellow and rust color to matte white. I also had to remold the inside upper door panel, it is severely cracked up. But I think it turned out pretty nice. It will work until I find another one that's not $1500+. I'm gonna keep looking for a used one but I'm not holding my breath. This one works good, just looks a little old and rough around the edges.
Same frig. Same problem. I picked up a LED light at the local Walmart. It has a setting that turns the light on when it senses movement (the door opening). A battery lasts us almost a year because of the LED's. Love it when trying to find that cold candy bar that is tucked back in the corner of the lower shelf.
