Mid Season Look
I had to short haul the boat and here are the results. There does seem to be a clear winner.

Re: Mid Season Look
Had our Riviera in California on the coast and never seen anything like that on any of the boats there.

My God, what's in the water in New York?
I think he referred to it as eel snot.
Looks like something out of a horror show, gros does not begin to describe it.

Re: Mid Season Look
He did point out to me that other 'less healthy' harbors in the area do not get that growth. I don't know but it sounds good.
On another note, I have cleaned and will retreat the tabs with 'Eelsnot'. I will likely sand the running gear and re-coat with pettit zinc paint. I have a few cans of that stuff in my workshop.
Would you recommend that I do the same using bottom paint on struts and rudders? Should I try to 'ride out' the next 2.5 months with the ablative black already on there?.
I hate to have to buy more paint at this point in the season if its not necessary. What are your thoughts?
Thanks
