15w40 is basically a universal warm temperature oil. Can be used in almost anything that does not see winter temperatures. I used this in my Merc 7.4 as well as the 383,s not to mention my Wave Runner and my classic 1996 Mercedes SL ragtop and obviously in my present day Volvo diesels. No issue using this in your Crusaders.
