Hello all. My wife and I just bought our first "big" boat. A 1999 Carver 406 Aft Cabin. We moved from a 2015 Bennington 28' Tri-toon. This 42' boat started out feeling like a monster compared to our last boat, but it is already feeling extremely comfortable. We LOVE it so far! We are located on Keystone Lake in northeast Oklahoma. Had some really stylish WhamGuards installed at the dock for "rookie" driver protection, and have been using it daily (when possible). I know there will be a ton to learn regarding maintenance of all the systems and winterization, etc., but I plan to take advantage of this forum to gain a lot of that knowledge.

Welcome I felt the same way when we got our 405 it seemed huge. It's a great layout . I think you'll find this a teriffic forum

WELCOME! We moved up from a 28' Contessa to the 1994 Carver 390MY aft cabin. Never looked back! We live on it for 5 months of the year and have all the room we need. Back on land for a few days and then back to the marina!

Welcome aboard! We started with our 1989 3807 aft cabin in 2017 on Lake Texoma. We live in the Tulsa area and commute there every weekend. We love, love, love our Carver and am sure you will love yours!
