I found a spec in a Carver 325 brochure saying that the boat's "height overall" was 11'6" without canvas. Is that from the waterline (so I would have to add 2'11" draft) or total for shipping purposes?

What boat are you looking at again........thought it was a 99 326, if so here are the specs.

Looking at a 1995 325 now. I don't know that this answers the question. I see bridge clearance, but I don't know what that means. Is it from the waterline or keel? Here......bridge clearance is from the waterline to the top of the boat.....so optional canvas/radar arch...then you add the draft.
