Ya pretty easy replacement. The only extra step if the spare seal isn't already there is to uncouple the shaft so you could slide the new seal over the end of the shaft.

Video seems fairly straight forward .......I have these under the engines, bad, baaad spot....Hans you got straight shafts on your boat ?

Yep, straight shafts. Well at least last time I checked they were straight.
