Convert dining table to bed

2003 Carver 360 Sports Sedan - Is there a kit you can buy to convert the table to a bed.

I have never seen anyone do this...I'm not sure that area is big enough to be a bed. You would essentially need a shorter table leg and a filler cushion to d the conversion. You may also need some supports on the outer edges of the table to prevent warping or breakage of the wooden table
