Hello to all,
I am in the process of purchasing a 2005 41CMY with surveys scheduled for 9/16/14. My wife and I are both retired and currently live in North Carolina in a small town north of Charlotte. We plan to move the boat to Sanford, Florida and spend winters cruising the ICW. We look forward to hopefully being members of this forum provided we get a good survey.

Good luck on your purchase. Friends of ours have the identical boat. Just remember - don't become emotionally attached to the boat before you own it. Any issues with the survey...WALK. There are more boat sellers than there are buyers, so there are plenty more where that one came from.
