DOMETIC 12K DTU Install
I installed the NEW 12K DTU unit today. Old leaky one was removed, area cleaned up easily, since it was a direct replacement unit it went right in. I shimmed it up to allow proper flow to the shower sump. However, once all was said and done. I pushed the button and NOTHING!!!! The red LED was on at the power logic board, indicating that I had AC power, I verified with a multi meter, but nothing at the display. SO, 3 hours wasted! I have contacted the seller, who was on EBAY wondering if I have a bad controller? or a Logic board? Not much trouble shooting help on the web for this, so I am dead in the "water" so to speak. I am awaiting a response. As for warranty, since I bought on lone, it is 8 weeks out form local vendors, so I may wind up just returning it under EBAY warranty and see what happens with a competitors unit. Sucks that I wasted an afternoon here.

That's a drag. So unsatisfying to flick the switch and nothing happens.
If you're changing brands entirely, I hear Flagship are good units and best of all no proprietary parts or circuit boards involved!
Also best heat system on the market - if that is on your list of needs.
