Lost ALL DC Power - 2003 Carver Mariner 350
While cruising, with the generator running, I lost all DC power on board on first trip out this year. Everything - blowers, instrumentation, lights, radio... I can start and run both engines and the generator just fine. Engine and Gen batteries charged with shore power. Shore power works to power AC, etc, but still no DC anywhere. I've tripped and reset all the obvious:confused: breakers. Any thoughts?

Battery switch????
Meaning the switch where you select 1, both, 2, off.

Hi there, I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find out what happened? We just had the exact same thing happen to us on our 2003 360 Sport. Haven't had time to diagnose it yet

There is probably an inline fuse from the batteries.

A quick check if you don't have a volt meter. The bilge pumps are always connected directly to the batteries through separate breakers. Operate the float switch by hand and listen for the pump. If it runs then you at least have some battery left, the problem will be at the main switch or beyond.

While crawling through my engine compartment, I notice there are many thermal circuit breakers.
They look like the one in the link, which I provided as a guide.
I found one tripped in my Mariner 360. I don't know why it was tripped, or perhaps I had leaned against the button, which can also force it open into the tripped position.

Perhaps this is your issue.
Crawl around your battery area, and look for these thermal circuit breakers, and perhaps one of yours has tripped. They are extremely easy to reset.
