I will have to take another look. I cant imagine there not being shut offs for safety reasons. I have asked 4 different carver owners in the marinas here and everyone has mentioned the shut offs being very obvious for an emergency situation. Thanks for the help.

I think the 310 Santiago has the tanks just forward of the engines.
Emphasize I think.

I'm on my second Carver. First was a '88, 3807 aft cabin. My fuel switches were in the aft cabin closet. My current 2001, 356, has the switches in the engine room, port side, just forward of the engine

Lots of boats don't have manual fuel shut-offs at the tanks.....I have an 01 that does not have valves.....they are relying on the anti siphon valve fitting for safety.

Check your surveyors report.....there should be mention of the fuel tanks and what is fitted in regards to lines/valves etc.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.
