Been on this board for a while now asking questions etc on the purchase of a 1988 Carver Santego.
Just finalized the deal this morning!! All bought and Paid for!
So this is my official introduction.
Everyone here has been great so far and we feel like we have found a great online community.
The boats name is
Eclipse so if anyone sees us out on Lake Simcoe Ontario north to Georgian Bay give us a shout!

Congrats on the new boat! Best floor plan for summer fun. We got our 1988 Santego 3867 last summer but it has been undergoing extensive renovations and upgrades. Although it was in great shape when we bought it we wanted to completely go through and make upgrades.Haven't really had a chance to enjoy it on the water but love to enjoy it on weekends in its slip. All upgrades finally done this week and we are bringing it to our home port here on the central coast of California from Stockton. Have fun and safe boating.

Does anyone know where I could get a manual for the 5.7 Mercusier engines and the stern drives for my boat?

Do a Google search, I know downloadable versions are available on line.
