West Marine has the pink for the engines on sale! Here Wal-Mart has the best price on the water system pink. $ 2.58 a gallon. Tractor Supply had the Shell Rotella and FYI-The Tractor Supply Brand "Travelall" is Rotella oil in the private brand container. Same oil with a different label. I got this info from one who has used Rotella religiously in all his engines and he's a Marina Owner and Boat Hauler who has connections and been in the business 40+ years! So same oil and a better price per unit!

Pulled the tarp frame work out today...all numbered and pics taken when we took it down , we still had to stand there in the driveway to figure out how it went together, " so here is #5 where is #6 , do you remember ? ".....amazing how you forget so quick....geeeez... :-O
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Like it or not, winter here in Michigan is inevitable. It's coming whether we want it to or not. Question is, will it be a mild winter or a severe one. We'll soon find out.

Mechanics tip: ( from the mechanic who takes care of my boats for the past 25 years ) When you tighten your filters, get them snug, and then turn the canister in reverse for just a pinch. That takes the stretch from torque off the seal, and allows removal a lot easier. Have not had a filter give me trouble in the last 10 years, at least. 8-) er

Bud - you use tarps or shrink? You install it all yourself over the bimini or you take all the canvas down?

I have been looking at having a canvas tarp custom made - about $4k CAD - is that what you have?
