Let's be frank, it's a 20 year old boat. It's not going to be perfect. I agree with Cooler, it's not a deal breaker. We are now a society that over-analyzes everything. It's not going to sink or rot out anytime soon. I recently sold my 1972 48' Uniflite to by my 2001 404. The Uniflite had soft decks but still gave us all pleasure and sold, no problem, for $5,000. Don't torture yourself. If you like the boat, buy it. It will provide priceless memories and years of fun.

One other minor thing in the pics, looks like the PO did not mouse the anchor shackle. You may want to do that before it's too late.

Reading a lot of the comments. I have to agree, it's 20 years old. Maintained well? Engines good? If you like it, get. Stop wondering about this or that, unless it's something huge!!!!! We boat ours at a great price but re-did all the maintenance, carpets, tops....you know, it had to become ours. There is always something on a boat.
