I spoke with our broker the other day about this very topic....he was saying the increase is there but applies more for good turn key boats and specifically aft cabins which have become scarce recently. I think his opinion was that it is not totally across the board, but still the increase is there just not as much as the larger afts.

Explains why we couldn't find a nice one I guess...... :cry:

Well, aft cabin style boats do have some advantage over other style boats. The main thing IMO is the extra room an aft cabin boat has.
