Trim/Tilt Gauge Wiring
My '87 Santa Cruz is coming along beautifully! Such a beautiful ride! As I was cruising I noticed the tilt wasn't working and that the gauge needle is not visible. Back at the dock I tested the 3 button tilt control on the flybridge and found the switches are bad.(I jumped the contacts with alligator clips and the outdrive tilts up and down correctly.) I ordered a used one that hopefully will work. As for the gauge, I wiggled under the console and found the wires are cut. Does anyone know what wires attach to the gauge? I can't find a wiring diagram anywhere and I don't want to tilt the drive out of the water! Thanks for any help
