Well, I put the big tub in the water on Saturday morning. I had winterized the engines myself for the first time and it would appear at this point, touch wood, all appears to be in order. Big thumbs up to assistance from knowledgeable folks on this forum whom took the time to lay it out for me.

I have always had a nice slip at the end of the dock, however, I have been able to secure a premium slip on the grass this year, that backs onto the channel and wooded area. They are hard to get and don't come up that often. Was able to cancel the slip for the Jet Boat, as I can now store it beside my boat. The Admiral and I are very happy with the move.

Boats were coming out of Lock 45 on Monday into Georgian Bay, just puts a spring in your step during these crazy times. Bring on the summer of 2020.

Finally got to the boat today, pulled batteries and looked everything over. Everything looks perfect. Was really surprised to see my boat was the next one up to haul out from the dome. Got lucky and they hauled late afternoon close to the ramp where I have water and electrical. Waxing probably Sunday or early next week and launch not long thereafter. :-D :-D :-D

It looks like its finally happening for most of us. Let the season fun begin. I have yet to leave my dock as the weekend weather since I launched has not been great for getting out on the waters. Soon. It looks like I may have to work this coming weekend so I may wait some more.

Can't believe how slow this season is. Barely anybody out on the water in my parts.

It is really a very private and quiet dock. I have the only pedestal not to mention I hardly ever see any of those people. Like I said, social distancing in my case is a no brainer.

I got out on it once. Managed to get the necessary break in time in so now I can run it at any throttle setting. As for how was it. It was a blast. Hope to get back on it Friday and put another 3 to 4 hours on the engine so I can get closer to my 10 hour check-up. I wish I had bought one sooner. Way fun.
