Hi,
I have a 506 and need to run a cable from the engine room to the bridge helm. I see the wires going through the access hole on the starboard side under the helm console but unsure of the route and where they come out in the engine room. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

I can't help you with your question, but when you do figure it out, run an extra wire so next time you can simply pull whatever you are running with that extra wire.
Thanks

Re: 506 wiring run from engine room to bridge
There is a seat on the starboard side of the fly bridge that has a removable panel under the cushion. There will be two posts, which are the battery posts from below and wiring for other items. Also, there is an access panel on the starboard side of the stairs. Hope that helps.
Re: 506 wiring run from engine room to bridge
I found that the easiest way to run a wire from bridge to engine compartment was in the salon a/c area. Just pull the return grill and you will see many wires including the throttle/shift cables on the right side.
