Welcome to the forum.......do you mean an operating manual as I believe there is no real specific repair manuals for the entire boat as a whole.
FWIW.....The above is just my opinion.

Welcome aboard!
Carver, or any boat manufacturer, buys most of everything not the hull from other parties. If you want a repair manual for the fridge, contact the fridge mfg, transmission, transmission mfg, and so on.
It's much easier these days online then back in the day.

Tell us exactly what you are looking for. A "repair" manual doesn't exit. I'm sure someone can help out with a owner's or operator's manual for the boat and separate manuals for engines and other systems.
When I bought my 356 a couple of years ago, nothing came with the boat. I was able to go online and download owner's manual for my boat and a separate manual for my engines. Just last week, I downloaded manuals for my Garmin chartplatter and my VHF radio. Both units are way more complex than I ever imagined.
None of these manuals are repair manuals.
