I really appreciate all the advise guys. I totally understand what you guys are saying I've spent a month looking at this boat before i took possession of the vessel and i had a buddy with me who owns a marina and he told me the boat seems to be good. However like I stated the boat is in the water so there wasn't much we could do with looking at the bottom and out drives. But again I'm very very good with my hands.

Netfish, you still didn't go into your electrical wants and needs. Do you expect to spend a lot of time away from the dock and 120v power?
You mentioned having as many as 6 deep cell batteries. For most people, that is definite over-kill, but we don't know what your plans are.

Buster 53, I was more or less just kinda thinking out of the box with the solar just because i don't know much about it. I mean youre normal stuff that anyone would use. But I would like 120v outlets to be operational if needed to and I'd like to up date all the outlets with some kinda water proof style if thats even a option maybe and have usb chargers in the outlets so everyone isn't fighting over what percent they are... lol. Sorry I haven't been keeping up with the poat fellas work, and side jobs are crazy now barley have time to think haha. However, here is my update messing with eletrical system tracing power to make sure there is not much voltage drop anywhere few grounds blocks need to be replaced found some connections not even connected. Still can't seem to trace the bilge pump wiring but im ok for now with that. I get a little rain water in the engine area because the hatches aren't sealing 100% and one of the access ports to the fuel level is missing and wait for one to come in. Got the starboard starter in the other day and spins nice. Just pulled the fuel pump today on same engine found a bunch of rust logged in some of the ports and of course the pump I ordered the pump level is to short :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:. That's pretty much all I have gotten to so far
