2014 C40 engine data
Hi all! I'm considering purchasing a C40 with cummins 6.7L 305 HP engines. I can't seem to find any performance data (Max speed, cruising speed, gas milage, range etc...). Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Dan

Re: 2014 C40 engine data
Mtnbkrr,
Happy Thanksgiving.. The top end on my 2014 C40 with full load is 25n. that burns 30 gallons per hr. The best crusing speed is 20n burning 25 gallons per hr. The most efficent is around 15n with a fuel burn under 20 gallons per hr. I can not give you range as I fuel up at all my stops and but range should be about 9 hours with a reserve. The C40 is a good boat, she handles well and the large bow gives it a very comfortable ride in a sea. The finish is not what a more expensive wuld be but either is the price. ( you have to save some place) I don't not believe you can find a yacht with as much living and storage space in this price range.
Hope this helps
Gary
