Hello from Montreal !
We ( my girlfriend and I ) have bought our first boat ever this summer. A 1992, 28 footer, had time to play with it 4 weekends only before winterizing ( all done by us ) . I really like to understand what I'm playing with so this is why I joined the Forum.
Previous owner gave me the book saying I had a model 2808, second page says model 300 AFT Cabin......so I don't know what I have
Lots of things to learn, but not scared !

Welcome and congratulations. The model 2808 was introduced in 91 and was changed to 300 in 1993-94 they are pretty much the same. The manual would probably be the same for both maybe a small change. Theres a number on a plate near the transom or near the aft section of the boat starboard side on the hull called HIN number , if look and post it we can tell you which model you have. Did you have a survey done? It will also be included on that document.
