I would love to have a covered slip like yours for my 320 Voyager. My spot on the Mississippi River is kind of awesome, though. I like the ease of access from the swimstep. I think for those that don't need a floating condo this model is very well thought out for maximum useable space for her size. A close friend owned my Voyager for 17 years before she became mine this past summer. My 1995 had 387 hours when I bought it.
