Radar arch up grade
My 1998 Mariner is showing a dull no luster look arch. Any suggestions for improvements? Has anyone repainted and if so with what paint?

Have you tried compounding with a Makita or similar buffer?
We tried that on our restoration, but no go. Had it painted with IMRON.

Agreed, tried compounding but no go as well. Imron sounds like the way to go. Did you tape off and spray while on the boat?

Had the arch off. Had to take it off to move it over land. If it were not off, certainly would have painted it on the boat. You can't believe how heavy that thing is!
