I am listing my Carver MY for sale. It is located in fresh water on the ICW in North Myrtle Beach.

This 1997 Luxury Carver 405 MY is a well-built double cabin, double head motor yacht with an appealing blend of space, comfort, and value. The vessel can sleep 7 comfortably, has 2-zone AC/Heating units, a Westerbeke 7.5 KW generator recently tuned up / serviced (February ‘20) and twin Crusader 454 Xli gas inboards with velvet drive transmissions. The engine room has been well maintained and is in exceptionally clean condition. In 2016, a new electric Maxwell RC 8/8 windlass was installed. This boat has also been converted to fresh water forward and aft heads. In November ‘19, hull was serviced with 2 coats of ablative bottom paint and twin four blade bronze props were reconditioned and balanced.

A large peninsula type serving counter defines the salon from the galley, featuring spacious leather seating in its U-shaped dinette that converts to a double bed, a Norcold refrigerator/freezer, electric 3 burner cooktop/oven, full-size microwave, full size stainless steel sink, and built in coffeemaker.

The forward head/shower combo is to Port accessible from the galley, adjacent to the forward VIP stateroom. The forward stateroom offers privacy from the Captains aft stateroom, offset double berth, flat screen TV/with built in DVD player, cabinet and drawers for storage.

To aft, the Captains stateroom features an island oversized queen berth which is located centrally, permitting easy access to both sides along with a newer cool gel memory foam mattress. Abundant storage space, large flat screen TV, large hanging cabinet, and chest of drawers create a luxurious and comfortable space, along with private master head with acrylic stall shower and stainless steel basin. New Owner seemed very pleased. Keep em clean and ready to run. Many prospective buyers commented it was the cleanest and most well cared for used MY that they had seen on the market viewed through on board cameras during showings. My price point was justified by the care and cleanliness of the boat. Rebuilding a CC now, keeping my powder dry but already got the itch for another cruiser....
