2000 396 Aft Cabin - bow seat design/installation?

The admiral really wants a bow seat installed on the boat. I have attached a photo where it can be installed (I think). The area is right below the bow window to the salon.

I would appreciate any thoughts, comments, etc. which you can offer especially if you have accomplished or attempted this project.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit our needs. We have sun pads but the admiral wants a seat so she doesn't have any difficulty getting up or down. Looking for someone to fabricate and install a small bench seat of either stainless steel or fiberglass.
