Also did you have to install the snaps on the cover?

That was a confusing part. You cut the fabric where you feel the holes in the foam( we did a x) then there is a solid plate at bottom of the piece then yoh just use screws to mount that piece to the deck. Then insert the cup holders

We finally received our sun pad but we are perplexed as to how to afix the cup holder. Do you mind sharing how you dis that?

Yes we installed the snaps as well. Hated that many holes to drill but the cover is necessary in my opinion
