Hello -
Our recently purchased 35 SS head continues to fill when ever the water pump is on. The wall switch flush functions properly but when toggling the water flow switch on/off, it just continues to fill. Turn the pump off and on in attempt to reset, to no avail. Is there an electric shutoff valve attached to the switch somewhere that needs to be inspected / replaced? If so, I cannot find it.
I removed and inspected the switch and seems to be operating fine.

There should be a water solenoid valve between your water system and the head that is controlled by the flushing switch.

More info on the make and model of the toilet would help. Some solenoids are incorporated right into the base of the toilet.
