Re: Aft deck plastic panels
Mine were attached with what appeared to be 5200 or similar product. I think I used a solvent to soften it up then a razor, a knife blade and a flat tip screwdriver to get it out of the groove once separated. It was a pain in the A$@!

I purchased a 4' x 8' sheet of UV protected acrylic panel that I cut for a snow plow blade insert. They are on line and supply bulk composite material in whatever size you specify. My sheet ran about $80.00.
I just looked on their site. $214 for a 4’x8’ sheet of 1/4”. No quote on delivery yet.

KEND wrote:I also have two cracked panels for my 1991 33 aft, My problem is I cannot get the corner piece off the plexiglas panels on either side, so without separating the plexiglas I cannot use the corners. They seem to be locked on, maybe glued, not sure , all I know is no matter what, I have even tried to separate them using a razor knife to scrap inside the edges. No matter what I try no luck, any suggestions ?
Shatter the plastic out with a chisel.
